If You Love Berries, This One’s For You
Now that we’ve found one smoothie we love, we have been on a mission to find more combinations that the whole family can enjoy. While it seems like an easy task, when you have kids with particular tastes, it’s a challenge. We are excited to introduce you to this dairy free very berry smoothie!
I’ve always been more of a fan of fresh vs. frozen, but found that we were able to get a lot more for our money by going frozen this time around. Fresh berries can be super expensive! Using frozen berries does have it perks, as it takes the place of ice, giving your smoothie a colder, more frothy texture.
Don’t forget, you can add in additional fruits to change it up a bit, though this dairy free very berry smoothie is amazing as is!

Dairy Free Very Berry Smoothie
- 1 Cup Cranberry Juice
- 1 1/2 Cups Almond or Coconut Milk
- 2 Cups Frozen Berries (You Choose Combo of Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries)
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
