Warm your leftover fried rice up and place it in a medium-sized bowl.
Add the sesame oil, soy sauce, and two large eggs and whisk together until you have a smooth batter.
Spray your waffle iron with oil to keep the waffles from sticking. Place a large scoop of batter on your waffle iron (this should be adjusted depending on the size of your waffle iron).
Close the waffle iron and allow the fried rice waffle to cook and brown. Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.
