Description

Air fryer artichoke hearts are a quick and easy appetizer. Served with a lemony garlic aioli, this will be a hit for any occassion.


Ingredients

Air Fryer Artichokes

  • (2) 14oz cans of quartered artichoke hearts in water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Garlic Aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


Instructions

Garlic Aioli

  • Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Air Fryer Artichokes

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390º.
  • Drain artichoke hearts and pat dry.
  • Place all ingredients, including the artichoke hearts into a medium bowl and toss to coat.
  • Place your artichokes into the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Shake basket in order to move the artichoke hearts around a bit and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Repeat the last step until the artichoke heart edges are slightly brown and crispy.
  • Serve with chilled garlic aioli sauce.
