Looking for a healthier, dairy-free alternative to the famous dole whip? All you need is a popsicle mold and a handful of ingredients.
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, mostly drained
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 3 tsp powdered sugar — optional
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined and smooth.
- Add mixture to your popsicle mold and freeze overnight (or until completely solid).
