Description

These Kosher for Passover double chocolate chip cookies are incredibly delicious and made with only a handful of ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup, dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 large egg whites, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • flake sea salt (optional topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350º.
  • Whisk together cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt until combined.
  • Add the egg whites and whisk until the batter is mixed well and looks similar to a brownie batter.
  • Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the batter onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking oil. Leave space between each scoop, giving the batter space to spread out.
  • Bake for 14 minutes.
  • When you remove the cookies from the oven, sprinkle them with flake sea salt.
  • Allow the cookies to cool completely before moving them to a cooling rack.
