These Kosher for Passover double chocolate chip cookies are incredibly delicious and made with only a handful of ingredients.

- 1/3 cup, dutch process cocoa powder
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 large egg whites, room temperature
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- flake sea salt (optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º.
- Whisk together cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt until combined.
- Add the egg whites and whisk until the batter is mixed well and looks similar to a brownie batter.
- Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the batter onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking oil. Leave space between each scoop, giving the batter space to spread out.
- Bake for 14 minutes.
- When you remove the cookies from the oven, sprinkle them with flake sea salt.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before moving them to a cooling rack.
