Description
Two layers of chocolate covered matzah, topped with cashews and other kosher for Passover treats. You’ll love this Passover snack crack.
Ingredients

- 2 pieces of matzah
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup salted cashew pieces
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup m&m’s (blue if you can find them)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and place one piece of matzah down.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in the microwave, in 30 second increments, stirring each time until completely melted and smooth.
- Cover the first piece of matzah completely with the melted chocolate.
- Place a second piece of matzah on top of the other.
- Cover the second piece of matzah completely with the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle cashews on top.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.
- Sprinkle blue m&ms on top and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Remove from the refrigerator and remove using the sides of the parchment paper.
- Break the matzah up, using your hands until the Passover snack crack is in an appropriate serving size.
