Description

This is the easiest way to make chocolate nut clusters. Just add all of the ingredients to your slow cooker, stir, scoop and refrigerate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 giant Hershey milk chocolate bars
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10-12oz dry roasted peanuts
  • 8oz whole cashews
  • 5-10 oz crunchy peanut butter

**measurements should be based on your taste

Instructions

  1. Add all of your ingredients to the slow cooker. I prefer to put the chocolate bars on the bottom so that they melt quicker.
  2. Set your slow cooker to low and allow it to sit for one hour.
  3. Stir everything together until the nuts are completely covered in chocolate and everything is well combined.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Continue to scoop, leaving about an inch in between each cluster.
  5. Sprinkle each cluster with flake salt.
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, until the chocolate is solid.
