Description

Oats, nuts, dried fruits, maple syrup, all baked until it’s toasted and golden brown.  Drooling yet? 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix together oats, pecans, coconut, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla.
  4. Pour the coconut oil mix over the oat mix and stir until combined.
  5. Spread mixture evenly onto a baking sheet in a thin layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, stir and spread evenly in a thin layer.
  8. Bake for another 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
