  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  4. Beat together on med-high until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each one.
  6. Add vanilla extract and mix.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk togehter chocolate milk, sour cream and water.

  11. Once that’s been mixed in, add ¼ of the sifted flour. Repeat until all ingredients are in the bowl.
  12. Finish by scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix by hand.
  13. Scoop batter into each cupcake liner. You’ll want to fill it somewhere between ½ and ¾.
  14. Bake for 20 minutes and cool completely.
  15. Once cooled, use a cupcake corer to remove the center of each cupcake.
  16. Fill half with “slime” and the other half with rainbow sprinkles.
  17. Replace the top of each cupcake center and add frosting on top.
  18. Decorate as desired. I used candy eyeballs.

  1. Place Oreos (with creme center) in a food processor and pulse until they are chopped fine.
  2. Beat butter in a mixer until smooth.
