Description

Looking for a quick and delicious family-friendly meal? This easy salmon recipe is made with just a handful of ingredients like lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and dijon mustard and takes less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4-6 fillets alaskan sockeye salmon
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ⅛ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° and line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place your salmon fillets upside down on the lined baking sheet. If your fillets still have the skin on them, remove it.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. Top each fillet with half of your mixture and use a basting brush to spread it all over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Flip each salmon fillet over and use a basting brush to spread the remaining mixture on the top of each fillet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes (time will depend on the thickness of your salmon fillets). You want the salmon to be flaky and not overcooked.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
