- 4-6 fillets alaskan sockeye salmon
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450° and line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place your salmon fillets upside down on the lined baking sheet. If your fillets still have the skin on them, remove it.
- In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Top each fillet with half of your mixture and use a basting brush to spread it all over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Flip each salmon fillet over and use a basting brush to spread the remaining mixture on the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes (time will depend on the thickness of your salmon fillets). You want the salmon to be flaky and not overcooked.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
