You loved our first day of school printable, so we had to create one for the last day of school as well. It will be fun to compare the two.
This adorable printable last-day-of-school questionnaire has a few hand-drawn pictures for them to color (my 17-year-old drew them, by the way). Then, have them (or you, if they are too little) fill in the blanks in their own words and draw a picture of themselves in the little box. This would be perfect to complete at school on the last day, so teachers, this one is for you to print as well!
They can use crayons, markers, or colored pencils to color it in! Don’t worry if they make a mistake. You can print out another one!
