I’ve been seeing so many people talking about seed paper. Have you seen it yet? You soak it in water and plant it; eventually, wildflowers will grow! I love the idea so much that I knew we had to create a printable. I’m excited to present this love makes the world grow round printable.
This is a great gift if you prefer not to give out candy. I love the idea of giving the kids an activity to do. They can go home and plant them with their family and have a constant reminder of this wonderful gift!
love makes the world grow round valentine
Before I share the printable and the step-by-step instructions on creating this “love makes the world grow round” valentine, let me share a little about the things we used for ours.
You can use any available seed paper. I’ve even seen people make their own. I thought purchasing shapes that went with our theme would be fun. So I found globe seed paper and heart seed paper. If you purchase the smaller packages, you will be paying around $1.25 per Valentine, including the little bag.
The perfect sized bag for these Valentines is 3×4. I was able to find 200 on Amazon for a great price. My printable is designed to fit these bags. If you don’t want to use the bag, you can staple or hole punch and tie the card to the seed paper.
You will notice that there are instructions printed on the back of these love makes the world grow round cards. These instructions were taken directly from the packages of the seed paper I used. From what I understand, those instructions are pretty universal, though some may vary.
If you have PDF editing capabilities, you should be able to edit the instructions in Adobe, should you need to.
