I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with scales. Years ago, there were many times, pre-kids, when I would step on a scale and rejoice. Now, since I’ve had kids, I’ve wanted to throw our scales across the room. I’ve returned more than I care to admit because I was convinced that they were broken. Why else would it show that I weighed so much? I was recently introduced to the Nokia Body + and well, I’m in love. The only thing I hate is that I didn’t know about it sooner.
Yes, Nokia is in the Health Biz!
Yes, Nokia, the brand that made my first cell phone is now in the health biz and I couldn’t be happier about it! This Nokia Body + is so much more than a scale. It’s a body analyzer with info on your weight, bone mass, water, muscle mass, and fat mass. It even gives you the weather! This scale is off the charts! I’ve never seen anything like it and I will never need to shop for another one, because this one has everything I need and more.
You may know that my husband and I are rocking our new healthier lifestyle (yay us). We are quickly on the road to being full vegan and after only a month, we are feeling so much better. In addition to eating healthier, we are focused on our activity level, so when I realized that this Nokia Body + has a tracker built in to the app, I was floored. Now that I have this scale, we can accurately track all aspects of our health in one convenient tool which helps us to learn about our bodies while we’re getting healthy.
Health Mate App
Ok, so let’s talk about the Health Mate app. This app allows you view a complete history of your health data, all on your phone! It can track up to 8 people and even has special modes for babies and pregnancy! When you turn on your new Nokia Body + scale, it gives you a link to the app right on the screen. Just download, sync to the scale, fill out your profile, goals, etc. and you’re ready to rock! One of my favorite features is the heart rate tracker. Just place your finger on the camera on your phone and it measures your heart rate. How cool is that?!
Not only is this Nokia Body + scale awesome, but it’s beautiful too, blending right into our decor. It’s available in white or black to match any home. Another great feature is the battery life. It can last up to 18 months!
There really are so many things I love about this Nokia Body + scale. If you are in the market for a new scale or just want a great tool to track your overall health, I highly recommend this scale and encourage you to learn more about Nokia’s health products. I know you’ll love them as much as we do!

Being completely a vegan may not work for me. But congratulations to you and your husband for deciding to go this way! It is way way better to achieve a goal with a partner who’ll encourage you to continue when you feel like giving up and to applaud you when you are doing very well.
This seems like a great option to stay on track with loosing weight! I love all of the features it has with it, I feel like anything like this will make staying active and healthy even easier to do!
I love that this scale can track up to 8 people. And how cool that it has a special baby mode.
I upgraded to a scale with bluetooth and it is amazing. It amazes me how much info scales can tell from the old ones from back in the day. I didn’t know Nokia made scales. Great technological pairing.
I hate stepping onto the scale, but I am intrigued with all the information this one can display. I would definitely think about getting this one!
Not much this scale can’t do. Getting programmed and using the app might be a challenge. Now if it could lose the weight for me
I feel you on the love/hate relationship with scales. My oh my that Nokia Body + scale is gorgeous (who ever thought I’d say that about a scale?). I’ve actually been wanting to get a new scale so I’ll definitely have to look into this one.
