My kids feet have a mind of their own. They might stay the same size for a year or grow three sizes in a month. There’s really no planning ahead when it comes to their shoes. Like most Moms on a budget, I used to wait until the last minute to buy them new shoes. And although I would always buy a size bigger, they would still outgrow the new shoes in a matter of weeks. I needed an easier way to buy kids sneakers.
The Answer to My Prayers
While shopping online for sneakers for my youngest, I stumbled upon what seemed to be the answer to my prayers. EasyKicks, an online subscription service that puts an end to the stress of shopping for kids shoes once and for all provides your child with new sneakers whenever they need them, for one low monthly fee. Imagine paying $20 a month and receiving a brand new pair of Nike or Converse at your door within days of ordering. It sounds pretty awesome, doesn’t it?
Making Our Lives Easier
We joined EasyKicks in January of this year and Iyla and Falynn absolutely love it. The girls choose their sneakers online and within days, they arrive with personalized stickers both on the outside of the box and the shoe box itself and include fun add-ons like stickers (and what kid doesn’t love stickers?).
Thanks to EasyKicks, I no longer have to go on those inconvenient trips to the store with three kids pulling me in all different directions, and taking FOREVER to choose something. I just pull up EasyKicks.com on my laptop, show the girls the Nike and Converse options (they have new ones each week) and they choose the one they love. With a few clicks, my job as super mom is complete!
Once they arrive, they wear their new kicks. Wear them for a day, wear them for a month… it’s totally up to your kids. My girls love to wear them for the week and show them off to their friends. With the convenient size chart, we don’t have to worry about grabbing the wrong size, but if we do, we just ship them back and grab a new size. When they outgrow or are tired of their new kicks, which let’s face it, kids tend to do often (at least mine), you go online and choose your new pair! It’s that easy. Swap your kicks as often as you need to with EasyKicks, at no extra cost.
Send Your Old Pair Back
Included with each EasyKicks box is a prepaid envelope. Fill it with as many pairs of shoes you want (even the ones you didn’t get from them) and they’ll donate or recycle them. They carefully sort and evaluate each pair you send back at their warehouse. From there, they’ll either be donated to a local non-profit partner and sent to foster kids in need or recycled via Nike Grind. Worn out kicks are recycled and turned into new community playgrounds, sports courts, and playing surfaces all around the world. EasyKicks is committed to sustainability, and with your help they are keeping thousands of used shoes out of landfills and making a difference! I can’t think of a better way to buy shoes.
Happy Kids, Happy Mom
I can’t tell you how much EasyKicks has changed the way we shop for kids sneakers. They have completely spoiled us and I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to go back to regular shoe shopping again. My girls love choosing their new sneakers and I love the convenience of it all. It’s truly an incredible company!
