In our house, we can’t start our day off without a good cup of coffee, maybe two or three, depending on how good or bad our previous nights sleep was. We’ve tried just about every flavored creamer there is on the market and realized that when we finally found one that we really loved, we were spending a lot of money on something we could easily make ourselves.

With just a few ingredient changes, you can make a number of different flavored homemade creamers. You’ll be surprised how easy it really is!

The idea is to get creative and create your own homemade creamer flavors! The possibilities are endless.

You can also adjust the ingredients based on how sweet you like your coffee. Love it sweet? Use a sweetened condensed milk and sweetened almond milk.

Prefer it less sweet, get the unsweetened condensed milk and an unflavored milk.  I’ve actually found that I no longer need to add sugar to my coffee, if my creamer is already sweet!

Here are some of our favorites:

1/2 tsp almond extract

Coconut Caramel:

14 oz condensed milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
2 tbsp caramel sauce/topping
1 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Hazelnut:
1 3/4 cups milk of your choice (almond milk, whole, fat free, etc.)
14 oz condensed milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
2 tbsp chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
1 tsp hazelnut extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Caramel Coconut:
1 3/4 cups coconut milk
14 oz condensed milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
1 tbsp caramel sauce/topping
1 tbsp chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
1 tsp coconut extract

And some of our favorite holiday and fall flavors:

Pumpkin Spice:
1 3/4 cups milk of your choice (almond milk, whole, fat free, etc.)
14 oz condensed milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Peppermint Mocha:
1 3/4 cups milk of your choice (almond milk, whole, fat free, etc.)
14 oz condensed milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
2 tbsp chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
1 tsp peppermint extract

Eggnog:
1 3/4 cups milk of your choice (almond milk, whole, fat free, etc.)
14 oz condensed milk (sweetened or unsweetened)
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp rum extract
1 tsp vanilla extract

Once you create your homemade creamers, they can be stored in glass bottles (we actually reuse these bottles from drinks we pick up at the grocery store when we’re in a hurry). Although we go through creamer pretty quickly in our house, I recommend using a marker to write the expiration date on each bottle (I use the date from the milk we use).

Also, if you want to get fancy, you can get this adorable label maker on Amazon for less than $10 and create your own labels for each flavor!

Which flavor is your favorite?
