Every year, we make a list of the ten goals we want to accomplish, to better ourselves. We tell each other what those goals are and try to hold each other accountable.
Last year, we shared these goals on the blog so that we could come back and see how many we accomplished, how many we are still working on and how many we gave up on and why. Today, we went through our 2021 goals to see how we did and couldn’t wait to share it all with you.
2021 was a big year for our family. We finally bought our first family home in October and moved to Central Florida. We have been spending the last few months making it our own with paint and a huge honey-do list that never seems to get any smaller. As exhausting as it’s been, I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world.

It’s awesome when you can look back and see how many goals you have met. I have one that’s the same as the last two years. It keeps getting harder, but I am not deterred.
Well done you all! I’m one of those who believe that setting goals are like halfway to achieving them. I’m sure that your journeys to the end have already added too much to each one of you.
Exceedingly fun post. I love reading other’s goals and if I can help, trying to do so. This is so cool!
I love that each family member makes their own goals. Then everyone else can keep them accountable. I also succeeded in achieving about 80% of my goals last year.
It is nice to come up with a checklist like this to see where progress is made. I liked reading everyone’s goals and will have to do something like this as well!
Awww. This is such a great tradition to have for the family and congrats on a lot of goals achieved from last year! I hope ill achieve mine for this yeas as well!
I love that you have made goals for 2022. It feels so good to gradually tick things off of your list doesn’t it?
