My fabulous Sister-in-Law Rosie, introduced us to these Chorizo + Shrimp Tostones Bowls, a couple of years ago. I’ve tried to recreate them, without the chorizo (since I stopped eating meat), but I just couldn’t get the flavor right. Until now.
MorningStar Farms® Chorizo Crumbles were EXACTLY what I’ve been missing. I whipped up a test batch, served them to our neighbors and they couldn’t tell that they were meatless! They even came back for seconds.
MorningStar Farms Chorizo Crumbles are vegan, but you don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy them. Shrimp + Chorizo Tostones Bowls make the perfect appetizer for any occasion. Your guests will be begging you for the recipe! You can find them in the frozen foods section at Walmart.

my family would LOVE these for dinner or for a party snack. Pinning for later
I feel like this is something my best friend would absolutely love! She’s a pescatarian and so I am always thinking of meals to serve her for when she comes over.
Those crumbles look good and I can think of so many ways to use them. Love your shrimp chorizo bowls.
I use Morning Star whenever I need to make the vegan meals for my friends. But the 3 year old prefers it over meat.
That looks delicious! I think my husband would love to snack on a dish like this, especially watching hockey or football.
These look and sound so yummy! I saved so I can try and recreate them later.
I love all the MorningStar products and your recipe looks delicious! I have to try this one soon! I’m getting hungry looking at the photos.
