It’s not just day 1 of “distance learning,” but it’s also #nationalcrayonday so we thought it would be fun to make some art with @crayola crayons. ⁣
⁣
This is such an easy and fun project. Just hot glue glue crayons to a canvas and melt with a blow dryer. ⁣

Being forced to stay home for the next who knows how long, is not going to stop us from celebrating the seasons and the various holidays that keep my kids looking forward to traditions like homemade baked goods and fun little crafts. And although there seems to be a huge shortage of all-purpose flour, luckily we had enough in our pantry to create these delicious baked double chocolate chip donuts with fresh banana icing for Spring or Easter! ⁣

Being forced to stay home...

#ad This is a time of uncertainty throughout the world. As a self-employed family, we are having to make important decisions, to make sure that we are saving and spending our money wisely.⁣
⁣
After spending this past week looking at our bills, we realized that our mobile bill is way too high. We need to be able to stay connected, but we don’t need to spend a fortune to do it. We just switched Super Dad over to @mintmobile. ⁣
⁣
There are so many reasons to love Mint Mobile (and not just because Ryan Reynolds is the owner… yes, that Ryan Reynolds)! Mint Mobile lets you keep your number. They offer nationwide coverage and their 4G LTE runs on the nation’s fastest, most advanced networks. The company is online only so they cut out the middlemen and can pass the savings onto us! ⁣

Personal space? What’s that?! ⁣...

It’s officially only been a few days since the schools in our state closed, due to the coronavirus global pandemic. Our family has decided to self quarantine. We aren’t going anywhere aside from the occasional quick trip to the grocery store (and by quick, I mean 2 hours because that’s how long it took for Super Dad to pick up the handful of things on my list). Don’t worry though, he put on his gardening gloves (yes, gardening gloves) and stays a safe distance from others.⁣
⁣
There are so many things I should be doing but I need structure. Otherwise, I fall off course and my house looks like a tornado went through it. So when I saw my friend Amy had created a cleaning and organizing calendar, I asked her if I could share it with all of you and she was gracious enough to agree.⁣

Thanks to @grandcentralpub, I’m about to start the brand new book, The Boy from the Woods by @harlancoben! ⁣

Coben is also the creator of The Stranger on Netflix, the hit new thriller series I just finished. Have you seen it? It was so good, so I know this book is going to be great too! It’s an unpredictable, twisty thrill ride - definitely my kind of book! ⁣

Today starts the first week of “homeschool”. ⁣
⁣
Can I be totally honest? The idea of having to homeschool my kids terrifies me. Mostly because I don’t know if I can give them everything that they get at school. We rely so much on our teachers because they are AMAZING at what they do. We are going to try to make sure we make enough time in each day for every subject. I also want to make sure we incorporate some fun arts and crafts projects and outdoor time. ⁣
⁣
We are grateful for the schools providing a list of online resources. I can only hope that we can keep them on the right track. ⁣

What is your school situation like now that so many are closing?⁣

First, I want to thank everyone for reaching out and asking when this new editorial calendar would be posted. It means so much to know that you guys are finding this useful! As I mentioned in the first quarter printable editorial calendar, when I started blogging in March of 2017, I really had no idea what I was doing. So now that I’ve gotten my act together and put together a monthly calendar, I wanted to share it with all of you. Read on for our free printable editorial calendar for the third quarter of 2019!

Are you a Planner?

What I’ve learned over the years is that when you plan out your week, and even your month, things become a lot easier! Imagine knowing exactly what posts you want to write, know when you need to take pictures, when to have your post scheduled by and when that post will go live. Imagine how much easier that will be when a company contacts you, to ask your availability?

On the agenda for next month? Hopefully lots of content from our upcoming family road trip and some fun holiday recipes and crafts, just to name a few. Make sure you join our email list so you don’t miss out!

What’s Included in the Printable Editorial Calendar?

So what’s included in this free printable editorial calendar? A page for July, August and September, complete with important dates and blog post topic ideas. I’ve also included a blank calendar at the bottom of each page so that you can schedule your first quarter easily. You can hang it up, place it in your planner or keep it on your desk. Whatever is easiest for you!

editorial calendar, printable, free printable, bloggers, bloggers guide, important dates, calendar, blog topics, mom blog, mom blogger, mommy blog, mommy blogger, 2018, family blog, parenting blog, the super mom life, thesupermomlife, parenting blogger, family blogger

How to Print

To print your own free printable editorial calendar, just click on the image above or click here and print. It’s easy! I can’t wait to see what type of content you share this year. If this helps you, I’d love to hear from you. Don’t forget to come back in September to print the next three months! Want to see something added next quarter? Let me know!

Are there any other printable files or tools you’d like for me to share? Comment below!  There is nothing I love more than helping other bloggers. I will keep sharing free tools as long as you share it on your social media. Deal? Happy planning!
