Hopefully you’ve read our previous post about why we loved Legoland Florida even more than Disney World. Now, we wanted to share the 5 things we loved most about Legoland. It was hard to narrow it down because honestly, we loved it all, but these five things were our absolute favorite and the things you shouldn’t miss when you visit!
Our Favorite Things at Legoland Florida
Mia’s Riding Adventure
Mia’s Riding Adventure was, by far, Super Dad, Lucia and Falynn’s favorite. They went on it seven times during our visit. 7 TIMES! Not only does it rock back and forth, but it spins at the same time. The girls kept telling me that they felt like they were flying. I didn’t personally ride this one because I tend to get dizzy easily, but the way that they talk about it, they are making me want to try it, just once.
Mia’s Riding Adventure can be found in Heartlake City. Pick your horse and saddle up for a ride on the exciting disc coaster!
Lego Movie Ride
The Lego Movie Ride can be best described as Epcot’s Soarin’ and Universal’s Jimmy Fallon ride meets Lego characters! We absolutely loved it and went on twice while we were there. Both times were were on the 2nd level, so next time we visit, we are going to try a different level hopefully.
Lego Movie Ride can be found in Lego Movie World. This flying theatre attraction where guests join Master Builders on a Triple Decker Flying Couch transporting riders all over THE LEGO® MOVIE™ universe.
Granny’s Apple Fries
I spotted Granny’s Apple Fries as soon as we walked into the park. I knew I had to try them. And try them we did… three different times! The girls weren’t sure about them but once I convinced them to try one, those apple fries had no chance. We finished them in minutes. We loved the caramel dipping sauce the best! Next time we will try them with soft serve ice cream! YUM! It’s no wonder why Granny’s Apple Fries was one of our favorite things at Legoland.
Granny’s Apple Fries can be found in Fun Town, right next to the carousel. A LEGOLAND® original! Indulge in warm Granny Smith apple fries, dusted with cinnamon and sugar and served with a sweet whipped cream dipping sauce! And you’ll love their newest twist – a la mode!
Lego Models
Literally everywhere you look, both in Legoland and in the Legoland hotel, there are these incredible and intricate Lego models. I couldn’t help but think of all the time it takes me to try to create a little Lego house. Lego has created these pieces of art that are absolutely amazing! I have no idea how much time or Lego pieces went into each of these models, but I know that the people who created them must have the patience of a saint!
Coastersaurus
Wooden rollercoasters freak me out y’all. I’m not sure why, but ever since I was a kid, they scared me. Maybe it’s the noises they make or how they look like they will just fall apart if you touch them. Who knows. I let the family go on Coastersaurus and they convinced me that it was the best roller coaster ever. They practically pulled me on. I faced my fear and have to admit, it was FUN! Seriously. Fun and of the three coasters I went on in Legoland, it turned out to be my favorite (though The Great Lego Race – the Virtual Reality coaster was a close second)!
Coastersaurus can be found in Land of Adventure. This wooden coaster curves and dips in and around a prehistoric jungle of animated and life-sized LEGO® brick dinosaurs.

Legoland Florida looks like great fun. We were at Legoland Windsor last year and had an amazing time there.
LegoLand Florida looks wayyyy cooler than the one we have here in DFW!
These all look like great adventures! Family fun is very important. Florida is truly a site to see!
Sounds amazing! Loved seeing all your pictures!
Looks fun in Legoland Florida. I love the blue car. We also have a legoland here and we have visited twice but ours looks a lot smaller than the one in Florida.
