Our family starts every new year making a list of things we want to do differently. On the 1st of every year, we tell each other what those goals are and try to hold each other accountable. This year, I thought it would be fun to write them down and share them with our readers and then look back at the end of 2019 to see how many of our goals were achieved, how many we are still working on and how many we gave up on and why. The only requirement I had was that we make goals that are realistic, so that we have a real shot of achieving them. Here are our family’s 2019 goals.

These are some ideal goals. I love that you included everyone’s resolution. SEO is always on my list.
That sure is a lot of goals to keep track of. Hope you have a tool to manage.

It’s right here on the blog where we can go back and review 🙂
I have stopped making lists of things I want to achieve. As they are more often than not very unrealistic. But it’s great to see it’s working for you guys to do a fun activity together as a family.
Those are all really great goals there. I admire the dad’s desire to get through the Bible this year. I should really do that myself if I want to be honest.
I love this!! This is a good family activity, and makes it clearer for all members what each other’s goals are. I love the idea, and it makes a more harmonious end to it as well. I aim to live a healthier life this year!
I find that many of my friends fail their New Year’s goals by burning out by having too many unrealistic goals and the frustration leads them to not creating any resolutions at all. I find that it’s great to have goals to achieve and grow as a person and that it should be like a challenge accepted
I love this idea. We still need to do ours. I’ve been talking about it.
