I love this idea of switching out the meat for lentils! I bet it still has a similar flavor so you don’t even miss out on the greasy taco meat!
This sounds like my kind of taco. I am not a vegetarian however I rarely eat meat. I would opt for the milder tasting sauce as I would just upset my tummy with anything overly spicy.
As a pescatarian now, I love veggie tacos. I didnt know alkeselzer had gummie version this is awesome because I hate the fizzy pills in water it always seemed gross to me.
I’m a huge taco fan and these look absolutely amazing! The avocado and salsa fresco sound like the perfect taco topper.
I love, love, love spicy foods. Tacos are definitely one of my favorites, almost anything Mexican. I think my body is used to the spicy foods, I rarely get heart burn.
I love vegetarian tacos! I have never tried one with lentil before, but I bet it is delicious.
This is such a nice way to change things up. I am interested in trying more vegetarian options.
